Bet Her Car Got Egged and Her Trees Toilet Papered

Monday November 3, 2008
Talk about the neighborhood witch. On Halloween, this woman asked small children trick-or-treating at her door who they'd vote for. If they said "Obama" she refused to give them candy and lectured them, then shut the door.

Seems the message that she's giving to these kids is one that many politicians have learned over the years: Lie about stuff to get what you want.

I bet if you went back 15 minutes later and told her what she wanted to hear, you'd get the goodies. Shame on her for spreading this message.

Last week I wrote about a woman who indicated she wouldn't give candy to anyone dressed as John McCain or Sarah Palin. But who would think someone would do this to a young child just parroting a parent's opinion?

You can see Shirley Nagel, the witchy McCain supporter, on this YouTube video.

UPDATE: The Daily Kos reveals that Nagel was a Michigan delegate to the Republican National Convention this year. She must have realized her actions would make headlines. Why would she want to give her party such a big black eye just days away from the election?
